7 stages of grief というものがあります +1(Hope)だけれど。英語ですが読んでみてくださいませ。
Denial or Shock
This is usually, but not always, the initial reaction to the death of a friend or family member.
Anger
Anger can occur anytime in the grieving process. may be directly related to how the loss occurred.
Bargaining
Bargaining consists of trying to figure out what could have been done to prevent the death. It may consist of a lot of "what ifs" (for example: "what if I had done...")
Guilt
It is not unusual for a griever to feel guilty for not being there for their bereaved friends and family when they themselves were in shock and denial.
Depression or Sadness
Once the realization that the death or loss has occurred has finally sunk in, it is likely the griever will go into a deep sadness, possibly even depression.
Loneliness
Loneliness can accompany any of the other stages, or be a stage by its self.
Acceptance
While the old saying, "time heals all wounds," may not be true, it is in the end the great helper to the mourner.
Hope
Once the bereaved has totally accepted the loss, the feelings of anger, loneliness, guilt, and depression will be replaced by happy memories of the one they lost
